Some of you read about my recent car fire/spontaneous combustion.
We’re driving a rental now and looking around for a model we want.
I decided that I have to at least test drive a Tesla.
And that’s what got me thinking about my ceilings again.
I mean, wow, like, a Tesla? Really?!
That’s when I really GOT that we can afford one.
My golly gosh has my life changed.
I’m a stay at home, minivan-driving mom with two kids in grade school. I work from a tiny front bedroom I converted into an office, in a 1970s suburban track home that will barely FIT a Tesla in its garage.
In my old way of thinking, I’d have been saying to myself, “Gosh well if you really do HAVE the money for a car like that, you should put it in retirement savings instead. Or college savings for the kids.”
In short, I’d have gone directly into “lack” thinking by immediately assuming that any “fluke” income needed to be immediately squirreled away for leaner days.
“Don’t spend it on something crazy and enjoyable.” I’d have told myself. “You’ll regret it when you don’t have the money again.”
Are you all hearing this?!?! This is lack thinking at its most persuasive and subtle.
It’s saying, “Yes, you CAN have that prize, but smart people wouldn’t take it. Smart people prepare for the worst.”
And yet… you guys know I’ve been living and teaching Flow mindset for a decade now. (In fact, the M.E. Schoolâ„¢ of Flow sold-out in its very first year!)
My life SHOULD actually be awesome at this point. And…it is!
And I definitely should not be preparing for the worst.
That screams lack-thinking all over it.
Instead I should be recognizing that I know how to create income now, and safety, and freedom, and love, and frankly anything else I want.
I’m a manifestor, and a Flowdreamer.
“Creating what I need when I need it” is what I do.
I realized that I’m already funding my retirement. And the kids’ college tuition? Ditto, got that. I’ve even been able to donate more money to charity this year than I ever have in any other year of my life!
Flow has been blessing me year after year, all because I’ve been:
• paying attention to where it’s pointing for me to go and floating in Flow’s “ease of allowing”
• fearlessly engaging with anything in me that’s been fearful or small or afraid to go where I’m shown
What an unstoppable combo this has been.
I don’t know if I’m going to get a Tesla or not, but I have to tell you that the freedom I’m experiencing in my mind of knowing that I could if I want to is mind-blowingly exciting!
I always say, “Life gives you things that reflect what you already are.”
Look around you: what do you have? That’s what you ARE.
When you “own” or consciously accept everything in your life as coming from your own creation, you immediately receive the power to change EVERYTHING.
Do you like what you have? If not, do you want to make some changes?
Change who you are through the “magic” of Flow, and the money/love/job/health etc. will come match you.
I’m living proof. 🙂

Yes, Summer. I test-drove the Model S this past Sunday. It felt “real” to me. Absolutely a flow-dreaming step for me, along with setting up my profile online, ready to go when the moment is ripe. I have chosen my color, have spent time with one of the reps there, have driven the car, have read articles, have savored photos on the internet . . . . am dreaming it up for myself by the end of this year.
Also excited about how much good I will do for the company, for others who see it, for the whole planet, when I get my Tesla!!!
If it’s about energy, you can’t do any better than a Tesla. Go for it!
Yes, and order the new X version. I heard you can get a discount in Caly for 10% of the cost. Funny I was just recently looking at these. No its synchronistically in the Flow.
I do not see anybody here on the comments talking about the damage we are doing to our planet by using gasoline and all kinda of oil subproducts. We have the power to stop it by changing to clean energies We are really powerful beings, and we could reverse this climate problem by changing our habits.
I could not help the impulse to make a comment after seeing that we are still so blind to the ecological consecuences of our decisions and actions!

Yes! Go for it, you deserve it! Tesla is one of my dream cars. Besides, it’s electric and better for the environment!

Yes you should Summer! Go for it! I love this post because I’m in a very unsettled position at work. I do believe everything will work out, but I was in the midst of restoring my house. Logically I thought I should save the money but then thought, no, this is what I want. I refused to go for the lack consciousness and am now finding that the house renovations are not only costing less than I thought, I am finding vintage items to source that I wanted that are perfect.

It actually could be a smart investment. You would get a tax break, plus save a fortune on gasoline. If not the Tesla, there’s Prius which is also a great car and would also get you the tax break and save some on gas.
