Here's what I'd like to work on in this program:
The other day, while I was browsing this page, I was wondering what to do about things I don't want...& guess what, I was listening to your podcast on Emotional Detox & I heard you talk about being clear about what we don't want!!
Here's what I don't want -
Accumulated stress, physical & emotional
usual response to events - seeing them as stressful?
being blind/unaware of situations - there are times when I act absolutely stupid.. was trying to use someone Else's phone upside down... I know how it's used, but just didn't pay attention to how I was trying to use it... this for me, implies I''m doing it in other situations in life as well
emotionally reacting to people/situations unconsciously...
emotional/mental fogginess
having accidents - the other day, I was in a food court. I bought some chicken soup & was walking towards my table when someone bumped into me & spilled the hot soup all over my hand. When I'm in there, I'm usually conscious about maintaining a distance so I don't cause this. What in me could have attracted something like this? How does one avoid these kind of surprises?
absorbing another person's thinking unconsciously
What I want:
Knowing when to think & when to act! I end up getting caught in the 'doing' more often. Sometimes, I will endlessly flowdream & not know when the action begins...
thinking ahead - when I'm trying something new, I usually jump in when I get the first idea..impulsiveness I guess...I'd like to learn to outpicture the whole idea...
being able to breathe through another person's skin to perceive how they think/feel without getting emotionally caught up! Haha...
having beautiful skin...
being able to do more with less mental/emotional/physical effort
being disciplined
sustain energy balance
Since we will have 2 calls each month, I'm thinking we could have 2 different topics & follow up on both on the next 2 calls...not sure if that's the best way though...
