The hardest thing about Flowdreaming is remembering to do it!! We are so habituated to go into "worry mode" over things immediately. Then, we move into "solve it" mode. Then we go back to "worry mode!"
Next year, one of my goals is to try to change my habit so that my FIRST feeling is "the right and best outcome is already on its way to me" (aka Flowdreaming my feelings that my Flow has got it all handled and covered). Then my NEXT mode can be for ideas to solve it. And worry-mode? Eh...kick that one right out!
