I practice Flowdreaming every chance I can, first thing in the morning or at night before bed time sometimes both. What is the best method to Flowdream as you go about your day? Often, during my day, I get the strong sensation and need to connect with Source as the day lays out before me challanges and pressures from all directions...

Hi Wondering! I just started flowdreaming a day ago, and I do the flowdreaming sessions at night (before bed and while I sleeping) and in the morning (while I get ready and on the way to school). If I am walking anywhere I flowdream, but if I am doing a mental task that I need to focus my attention on I listen to Summers podcasts (past episodes) in the background. I feel like this is working for me as I just got an email saying my degree requirements are complete, I am a 7th year phd student and the usual has been running into one set back after another. This is the first time I did something in a long time and it actually went through the first time around. I am flowdreaming to help me graduate, find a job, and over come minor illnesses caused by the stress of trying to graduate.
