How can I create my own flowdreams? I see a lot of prepared flowdreams for specific situations - and I love them, I've used a number of them. However, sometimes there is a specific thing I'd like to deal with in the flow, that isn't addressed by these flowdreams, or a very specific thing I need. Like, say I'm Flowdreaming for a car, for example.

There is a favorite Summer flowdream of mine that Summer did in her "Angels and Fairies" Contact Talk Radio Show about two years ago. It's a beautiful journey throughout the galaxy and the intention of sending an invitation to beings whom we would be compatible with, beings that would have at least as high a vibration as ours.

I love to listen to it and in the past few months have listened to it a few times. I don't know if my intentions with that flowdream have anything to do with upsets with present friends, one friend I consider a best friend. Is it out with the old and in with the new? Two upsets were almost back to back.

Unfortunately, when I get upset I get sort of paralyzed and obsessed with the upset.

I'd like some words of wisdom from you wise people out there!

Hello everyone, I've been into FlowDreaming for about 4 years now though most of that time, I must say I've been on the outside looking in, knowing it's where I need to be and not taking the time to get there. I just signed up for Summer's Circle, as a birthday gift to myself, and in recognition that I need mentorship.

Should you have any suggestions on diving right in, things you did that fostered a strong connection, etc, I'd love to hear them.

I would love to have any of you take me into your Flow and see me immersed, integrated, and flourishing in the FlowDreaming way of life. My main area I am going to work on is that I have so many fantastic opportunities in many areas of my life right now and I want to embrace them.

All the best,

Me too! I created a short list of the top 5 things to get done with my finances and am beginning the first thing right after writing this! I feel inspired and ready. Oh, and I thoroughly cleaned my desk yesterday after the gathering. That was no small feat.

The flowdream class today on completing projects was great. Since the class, I took 3 shoes to get mended, picked up a gift card for a friend, arranged for a cleaning service for my house, and talked to my husband about some items we want to do in our house. I also completed some work items that have kept getting copied from old list to new list and not getting checked off.
Thanks Summer!

Summer - you rock! thank you so much for the practical advice. I am going to listen to the Multitasking flow dream right away.

I love the idea of remembering that I have tomorrow. I feel so behind all of the time - but really, there is all the time I need. I worry about losing an idea or a piece of information. I'm going to adapt that flow reminder to include reminding myself that good ideas will stick around.

Thank you!!!

Love these ideas!!! Overcoming self-sabotage is going on my "to do" list. And yes, funny you mention "Positive Flow." That was the VERY FIRST Flowdream I ever recorded. It is still a gem. I think I might make it available as a stand-alone mp3!!

It sets EVERYTHING right that is wrong, and moves EVERYTHING into the right current again.

Hi Sophali,
You sound JUST like me! Multitasking overdrive! We don't want to lose any thoughts that keep popping in our head, so we flutter from one task to the next, sometimes leaving them half-done.

For me, I know this is part of my impatient nature. So I have developed a few ways to counteract it. Maybe they'll help you?

1. I did a podcast about Multitasking awhile back. Not sure of the date. Maybe scroll through the Radio archives to find it.

2. I write lists of EVERYTHING that comes into my head on big white sheets of copier paper. I don't worry about priority at first. When I'm done writing, I then go over the list and circle the things that ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BE DONE TODAY. These are about 5-8 things usually. I highlight them too, just as a reminder that even though I'd RATHER be doing something else on my list (like update my Facebook posts, upload my trip photos, call my mother back, etc.), I am NOT ALLOWED until I get those circled items done. (haha yes I am a taskmaster!) Then when those critical items are done, I let myself leisurely pick through the list of what I want to do next...

3. Here's where my Flow comes in: I close my eyes and remind myself that I have tomorrow. I don't need to do everything today. I feel the energy helping me focus and surrounding me with ease, so that I can do what needs to get done.

4. Last, sometimes the energies just don't cooperate. This is when you start working on something, then you're interrupted, then something else intervenes, then the file you're working on quits with all your unsaved work, etc....this means Flow is telling you DO SOMETHING ELSE for a while until this chaotic energy plays out. LISTEN and don't fight it! You'll only make yourself frustrated and miserable. Go have a cup of tea instead. ;-)

xoxoxo

Hello all! I have been loving the radio show and the advice on the boards. I know that I've found what I've been looking for - meditation never worked for me and guided imagery just didn't fit. Flowdreaming is it!

I have the weight loss and money series - two big issues for me. I am an entrepreneur and the thing I am having the most challenge with right now is staying focused. I have plenty of client inquiries - I'm getting more each day. But as the list of things to do grows, I am having a harder time getting things done in a timely manner and staying focused. Like right now I should be writing for a client, but this question popped into my head and I had to ask!

It's like I have so many ideas I just can't stay working on my project at the moment. I am not sure if the procrastination flowdream would be the best fit? I'd like to find something that would address my business growth and personal growth. Any ideas of where to start?

It is nice to read a new post...I must confess that at the end of each day I check if there are new posts. It is fun and motivating to read new ideas and other experiences. Learning to find the positive in every situation is a good idea Jenneg, I have Summer's positive flow from the enhanced creativity and success cd and it is my #1 played mp3. Another positive flowdream would be nice!

Another flowdream topic that I think would be nice too is "overcoming self-sabatage". I find that I am a really good manifester, but often there is always a part of me that is afraid of getting the things that I want. Usually I will get what I am trying to manifest for myself, but only after many many setbacks. I have been working on making a flowdream to this because I have struggled with this topic for a long time due to fear or lack of confidence. When I flowdream for this I envision the part of me that is fearful or lacking confidence about the thing that I want to manifest and also the part of me that wants the thing I want to manifest. Then I have the part of me that wants the thing send strength and love to part of me that is fearful. So far, I think it is working because after doing this flowdream for several days the fearful part of me does not look/feel so afraid anymore. I also find that the response after doing the overcoming procrastination flowdream is much more positive and motivating too...I am definitely getting things done quicker than I was.

I love all of your FlowDreams! There are two I'd love to add to my collection:

1. Staying in the flow--you do a great job of getting us into the flow, but I'd love one that shows us how to intuit the currents and eddies of the flow so that we can move with the flow instead of against it.

2. Thinking on the bright side. Sort of like positive thinking--learning to find the positive in challenging situations

I am currently in a similar situation, in terms of procrastinating on the things. I have decided to start motivating myself by getting up early and doing something that I am excited to do. So everyday I have a fun activity planned for the start of the day, like a new exercise class and taking an online programming class, to get me out of bed and motivated to start the day. So far I feel great!

I also think a flowdream about motivating ones self to start the next day happy, alert, and excited would be nice. I usually flowdream my best right before I go to bed and during my commute to work, so a flowdream to start the day off would be perfect.

Some ideas for flowdreams:
So much good is coming my way! I can handle it, I welcome it.
Preparing to be with other people -
blocking the negative
being open to the positive
being open to new opportunities that present themselves
building relationships
Preparing to be with people - calming when it could be chaotic
- getting 'up' when it is going to take some energy

Summer, I would love a flowdream for freedom. I really want to experience having financial freedom which would allow me more free time to do what I want at my leisure. I have very few precious hours at the end of each day after working and my commute; my weekends are largely spent running errands to get ready for the next week of work (grocery shopping, laundry, etc.) and taking care of household tasks (cleaning, paying bills, etc.). I don't mind working, however, I find myself experiencing resentment because it eats up so many hours of my life. I really crave more of a balance between work and play. Plus, I want to spend more time with my adopted dog outside! That would be fabulous!!!

Summer, you asked us to create a flowdream for our hurdles. Mine is money. And in my flow, after I am well relaxed and enjoying the feel and view, I see within my energetic body a gigantic magnet, a magnet for prosperity. And as all this prosperity flows in from good and wonderful sources, I notice the downward tugs of unease, defeat, and stagnation moving out and making way for feelings of abundance, because the prosperity being inexorably pulled in by the magnet must displace the negative shadows. Yay!

You want ideas for flowdreams . . .

Well, since starting our sessions with you, Summer -- (even though I missed the last two). I have manifested myself closer to my AEA (Actors Equity Association)card. It's the actor's union for all the Broadway people. I manifested an opportunity to join another union. In one year, in good standing, my new union will give me a contract to join AEA. Which, in turn, gets me appointments to audition for Broadway shows.

For years, as non-union person, I would have to wait hours and hours to be seen at Broadway auditions. And since there is no requirement for them to see non-union talent, it was hit and miss. In a year, with my card in my hand, I will be able to be seen, heard and given more of a chance to make my Broadway debut! Woo Hoo!

Now, I need, as soon as possible, to manifest regular income! I have been, for the most part, unemployed for nearly two years. Despite my 15+ years of administrative experience, employers won't even see me with a four-year degree (so I am being told all the time now). I don't have one and need income, regularly. Thus, a flowdream to manifest an immediate job at a level of pay to thrive, instead of this hand-to-mouth and depending on elderly parents and friends each week. Help!

Hi All! I've been flowdreaming for a while and was lucky enough to have a one on one session with Summer last year when she visited Dublin (PLEASE COME BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR SUMMER :)) I really love flow dreaming and would love to do some more flow dreaming but I am an expert of procrastination!!! It is the same in every area of my life, I constantly have magnificent plans for every area of my life but rarely persevere and follow through. I'm fantastic for 2 days, bad for 3, good for 1 and bad for 5 - you get the pattern??? Anyway I'm really just wondering if there is something i can do to, i don't know, i suppose "focus" my mind and more importantly focus my actions??? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.........Happy flowdreaming all.............

Sometimes I don't know when I should be pushing harder to actually get something done and when to let go. Sometimes it seems I need to go through bumpy times to get to a higher level of flow. But sometimes the bumpiness means that I'm on the wrong track. It's hard to tell which is which until time passes. Would more trust in the flow bring fewer bumpy times and easier manifestation?

I just want to say that I am forever grateful to Summer. One of the main issues I was working on was guilt associated with my mother. My mother was rushed to the hospital on Valentine's Day and passed yesterday. While it was a painful experience, it was also a blessing. I literally watched as she left her body.

I am feeling such a piece right now that many people are looking at me like I am crazy. Yes, I cried but I want to celebrate her life not mourn. Thank you Summer for helping me to get to this place.

Hey Christl, I totally understand how you feel. From my experience I also have to to keep trying things to get me closer to my goal. It is easy to try all sorts of things, but the more challenging key part is knowing/deciding what thing to try amongst the many options. I think flowdreaming helps with the selection part, by helping me to stay calm, positive, and focused so I can "see" what the best choice is for me. Perhaps you are trying things that other people said/assume are good for you, when I do that I find myself running in circles. Good luck! ^_^ You will start moving forward soon...sometimes it just takes time... (as much as I hate to admit that... :-P)

Hey everyone! The call today was very uplifting! I keep missing the live call/chat at 9am PST (today and 2-weeks ago). I honestly do not have an excuse, I just can not get up at 9am despite how early I go to bed these past 3 weeks. I am pretty sure the root cause is because I was really focused on getting a fellowship for the past 8 months, I intensely flowdreamed about it and believed with 85% certainty that I would get it. Then 3-weeks ago I found out that I was not selected, and everything just sort of went flat. I still flowdream everyday and I do have other opportunities (wonderful opportunities), but getting that fellowship had been the center of my previous flowdreams/hopes. I am slowly getting over the disappointment and feel like I have let it go, but I have been using sleep as a sort of escape. I keep sleeping because I am no longer excited to get up everyday in the morning, some days it feels like I am chipping away at a huge mountain. I definitely think flowdreaming has helped me to keep moving forward faster than I would have if I did not flowdream. And it has helped me to stay positive and focused on my goals, instead of feeling frustrated and hopeless. The yellow brick road of yes's has really been a helpful flowdream for me lately...thanks for making it just in time Summer!

Also, some interesting images/feelings came up while listening to the new flowdream about good close friends. In all my life I have never felt like I have met anyone (friends, parents, family) who was like me or understood me, and in response over the years I have accepted this without feeling resentful. Now I actually prefer to stay to myself, and too much interaction with other people is really distracting. In the flowdream I envisioned a trap door open above me, bright yellow light shinned through and all I could see was the outline of a figure reaching their hand out to me. I felt so happy, it was so surprising that I stopped flowdreaming. It made me realize that perhaps I am missing out on something by not being open to finding people like me. I will keep flowdreaming with this one and see what sort of people pop into my life! ^_^

Hi, Summer. Just meeting keeps me disciplined to do the practice. I am similar to Newlite in that I am a daydreamer and really have to work at doing the ACTION ACTION ACTION, although I am getting better.

I would like tips on clearing the garbage, i.e., the negativity and old dark energy that seems to block me. I feel like I need to blast it out with dynamite!

I tried to flowdream, but for me it is difficult to let go.

I always think I have to do something do get closer to my goal, a new fullfilling job, and not sit around and wait until something happens. But everything I try fails and I'm even more frustrated. I'm running in circles.

So far I haven't had any specific yes's- but then again I haven't had any no's either!! (I've got some stuff coming up this week, so I'm ready for some yes!)
I really enjoyed the class, and can't wait for the video class this week. Will it follow the same format?

Wow!!!!! So much energy! I feel great!! Please let me know any of your comments about the gathering--and hugs to you all for being patient with the webcast.

Tell me, too, what "yes's" begin to come your way today, tomorrow....this week? As one of our group commented, you don't need to say "Yes" to anything and everything--only say YES to what FEELS good and right. It's more about events and people saying yes to YOU and the things YOU'RE desiring.

Hi Noramar,
I'm going to keep a recording of each gathering up for two weeks so you can listen as often as you like. Each will be half-hour to 45 minutes long. The idea is for us to get a weekly "booster" of good, strong energy!

Hi everyone. Just one question for now. Because the weekly calls are during work hours, this is not something I'll be able to do while at work. How long after each call will they be available for download?

I'm really looking forward to this. I've been listening to you for several years now, and I feel this is the time to start making things happen!

I'm reprinting this email here that I received from a lovely woman in Australia:

 Hi Summer
I have the CD collection and other tracks and was wondering what the best way is to use the CD"s.
Do I use all the tracks on a CD? How often to listen to a track - mix them up or use one track at a time for a specified time?
I'd really appreciate some direction and guidance.
Thanks Summer!

I get this question a LOT! So, here's what I've found....

1. You can listen to as many CDs on as many topics as you want, overlapping. It doesn't seem to "dilute" your manifesting. However I wouldn't do them back to back since you probably won't be able to hold your manifesting focus for more than 10 -20 minutes at a time. But you can switch up the Flowdreams you do throughout the week. So for example, you can listen to one track on the Happy Relationships CD and one track on the Lots of Money CD during the week, several times each. I think I'd keep it within reason, though, and perhaps limit it to maybe two or four different tracks or subjects at a time. You can also find a very simple program outlined in this article:http://flowdreaming.com/blog/2010/06/02/your-flowdreaming-program-simplified/

2. Each CD contains multiple tracks that tackle different subjects. You probably won't NEED every track on each CD. So, just use the tracks that speak to YOUR situation. Play them daily or every other day for a few weeks until you lose focus or get bored in them. That's a sign that your emotional intensity is waning and you can move on to other Flowdreams--or even try one by yourself, simply to music, without my voice guiding you. (I have a couple of CDs of just music called Dreams and Driftwood that are perfect for this.)

3. Some programs DO have a set order that you should move through them, since I've layered them with ever deeper "levels" of Flowdreaming in sequence. These include the Prosperity Challenge, the Weight-Loss Support System, and Daily Flowdreaming.

4. If you're using single subject download mp3s, such as Super Lucky or Totally Debt-Free, etc., you can combine any several that you want into your week.

Hope this help you!
X
Summer

I wouldn't say I'm afraid of flowdreaming, but I have noted the link between flowdreaming and fear of what has manifested in my life. (Example: I'd been flowdreaming for some specific things, and then my husband suddenly lost his job. It felt really bad and scary at first, but it ended up being exactly what needed to happen so that we could take advantage of other opportunities.)

I keep flowdreaming, but I'm never prepared for what flow brings, which leads to a reaction of fear at what has manifested until I start to see the events unfolding around me, and it clicks that flow has lead me exactly where I needed to be, and exactly in the manner I needed as well. It's always a shock when those big changes happen, and you would think that I'd be prepared for them, but I never am! So I repeat the cycle frequently: Flowdream, Manifest, Freak out at the changes, be thankful, accept and let go. Eventually, I hope to drop the freak out part, but who knows. Maybe I have it for a reason I've yet to understand.
