What is Flowdreaming?: An Introduction

This Article is part of Flowdreaming.com’s free Online Learning Library.

Flowdreaming is a powerful, easy, and effective new way to manifest anything you want—whether that’s lots of money, relief from anxiety, the perfect romantic relationship, a new job or career, more time in your life for the things you love . . . or anything else.

  1. Being in the Flow means that your life is flowing in a general direction that is for your highest good and happiness.
  2. When you fight against the current of your Flow, it’s just like swimming upstream—you encounter obstacles and frustration in your life. Things stop going your way.
  3. By daydreaming yourself into the Flow, or “Flowdreaming,” you can guide yourself back into the natural, positive Flow of your life.
  4. Once in the Flow, you can manifest whatever you want to have—such as all the happiness and success you desire. It works!

No experience with meditation is needed. In fact, you already know how to get into your Flow since a part of your consciousness already exists there right now. Flowdreaming simply means lifting the rest of your mind into this “place” to unleash the most profound transformative power into your life.

Using a kind of “guided daydreaming,” you can see, hear, smell, and feel the imagery and sensations of your Flow. But Flowdreaming is much more than a daydream. Flowdreaming has a secondary aspect in which you enter a “place” outside of time or space where your mind and your desires become active, participatory, creative forces that can alter the circumstances in your life. Flowdreaming puts you smack in the center of the Universal manifestational energy of the world—the Flow (also known as the quantum Zero-Point field). You will know that you have touched this place when you begin to see your desires manifesting in your life.

Like a river to the sea, your personal Flow always travels in one direction—a natural, positive direction. When you fight your Flow or try to make things happen that may not be right for you, you’re going against the Flow—which can feel like swimming upstream. Flowdreaming helps steer you back on course to where everything again happens easily and effortlessly in your life, for your highest good.

Flowdreaming works so well, so quickly for many people because it’s based on daydreaming—not meditation—and daydreaming is something everyone already knows how to do. There’s very little learning curve, so you can just get right in and start making things happen in your life. And when you add strong, positive emotion to your Flowdreaming, you have completed all that’s needed to supercharge your life with Flow energy. Emotion is like an electrical charge, and the more emotion you transmit in the Flow, the farther, faster, and more profoundly your desires will manifest. This is because emotion excites energy, which generates strong manifestational power. Your strong intention—your strong desire—is what drives the creative power of your life and your Flow.

  1. I went to my first healing seminar provided by my church. I started out clearing my head of fear, worry, and anxiety so I could let whatever was going to happen be natural. I was fully concious of what was going on around me and I knew when I would be next in the healing session. The healing Dr. put his hand on my throat and back and the next thing I knew I was gently going to the ground. I saw pulsations of VERY bright lights and I was fully awake. I layed there for about a minute and when I got up to walk away I felt very light and peaceful but not dizzy. I don’t really know how to describe it. I work at flowdreaming every day with the goal of enough abundance to leave my day job and financially run my non-profit business full time as a state of the art facility. Everything I have ever invisioned having in my life has happened (usually it took an average of 10 years to acheive, but it always happened if it was something I really wanted). I am getting up there in age so I am going to have to be quicker with my flowing! My life 40 years ago was about as bad as things could get and today they are wonderful. I am married 38 years to a great guy I am a published author (Pet Pals), have great health, run a non-profit organization with my husband, board of directors, volunteers and supporters. The next step is to flow into greater abundance and leave my day job. It has been my desire to leave my (paying) day job for the past 9 years. I believe I am doing what needs to be done to remove any anxieties holding me back and I believe it is coming, however I find myself frustrated because something in my subconcious is holding me back from having it now. I would love some advice.

    Dear Marcy,

I read your entry and felt compelled to submit a comment. Everything has a divine and perfect order. You are a powerful manifestor as you have already experienced in your own life. Sometimes our egos want things right now, but at some level we are not fully ready and it may not be for the highest good. Perhaps in the highest level, your presence in that day job is making a difference that is necessary at this time. Trust that when the right time is, new things will evolve. Feel the beauty, love and compassion that you are, dwell in the gratitude of all that you are contributing to life right now, exactly as it is, and know without a doubt of frustration, that that which is yours (in your heart) will indeed come, in its perfect time. And so it is! Congratulations on your beautiful accomplishments. May you always be blessed in light, peace and love, namaste, Ariel

I am very interested in flowdreaming, but I find that I just cannot concentrate. I can’t stay focused on one flow dream. my visualization is not constant. For example, my road doesn’t stay the same, or river, or pool, or walk or whatever i try to imagine. Can anyone help me?

    Dear Jesse,

It sounds like your body isn’t calm enough to enter the flow with your mind. It might be a good idea to relax your body first, using deep and relaxed breathing. If possible, have a nice warm bath or a shower with epsom salts. This will both cleanse the environmental and psychic debris that you pick up on during the day. I would also begin with a visualization of seeing a golden or silver cord connected from your base chakra, to the core of Mother Earth. This exercise is very grounding. It is important that your body is replenished with plenty of water during the day as well as taking deep breaths-as both activities allow oxygen to flow into the bloodstream and into the brain. This inevitably helps with concentration. Jesse, finally, one thing I suggest you do before something that requires steady and focussed thought is brain gym. I find it works heaps even with meditation. braingym.com or youtube will provide you with instructions as to how to use this simple but powerful technique. Know that the mind, spirit and body are invariably intertwined, constantly feeding and affecting the one another. Take care of your beautiful temple, and it will provide you with strong support for all creative and spiritual endeavours. Blessings, Falcon. :)

  6. Linda says:

    Hi Jessy,

What usually helps me is to pick a time when I don’t have any distractions so that I can Flowdream when it is quiet. I try to take some deep breaths and focus on the feelings in my body so that I can become aware of the energy flowing through it. If you get quiet and still, and bring your awareness to your body, you can literally feel tingling energetic sensations in your hands, and feet, almost like a feeling when you get chilled or goosebumps. Also, if you have Summer’s cd, I like track 4 on her original Flowdreaming cd, she guides you into the flow. Try to just allow the thoughts you have to surface, and then become aware of them, then place images of what YOU want your ideal situation to look and feel like and feel the emotions of your images. Also, I just signed up for Summer’s 6 week online program through hayhouseradio.com which, if you have time (and if you don’t you can take the class and listen to it when it is convenient for you later) it would be great practice for you and you will be learning directly from Summer

  7. Linda says:

    Hi Marcy,

Maybe you want to leave your job, but are afraid to leave the security you feel from it. If so, then decide when you will feel secure enough to leave (for example when you reach a certain amount in your bank account, or when other things in your life are in order). Sometimes when we want something on the outside, our inside is not quite allowing it. I would suggest when you Flowdream, to enter it with a vision of what your ideal situation would be and tell your Flow to take you there and that you trust that it will when the time is right. It sounds like maybe the timing hasn’t been right for some reason, but I would also look into your beliefs about why you may fear leaving…nine years of wanting to leave something that you haven’t yet, I would think would mean that you need to try to understand what fear is keeping you from just going for it. I have faith in you, and it sounds like you are successful, so you just need to have faith in yourself, too. Try to determine what this job offers you that you are not willing to let go of yet. Also, keep Flowdreaming, because many times I get inspiration while I am Flowdreaming, so be open, and receptive, and allow your Flow to guide you.
